You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused
• In its original condition and packaging

Please note:

• Personalized items (including products with custom messages) cannot be returned or refunded, unless they are defective.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photos or videos).

Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
